About SM2 Recomp
SM2-Recomp is a static recompilation of Treyarch’s Xbox Spider-Man 2 (2004), built to run the original game code natively on modern Windows PCs. The project recreates the Xbox runtime the game expects while providing a modern PC experience through a custom-built launcher, native rendering and input support, and configurable PC settings. The goal is to preserve the original Xbox release while making it straightforward to run and configure on modern hardware.
